Summary and thoughts
For me being an engaged Socialmedia Person nothing was really new here, but it’s still interesting to see how to make an presentation about how to make Socialmedia profitable. As they said “Dare to make mistakes, have the courage to develop by making mistakes” is one of the keys to coming in to the new way of thinking and to be succesful. One other thing is that corporations needs to change their structures, loosen up the ridgid structures to make internal communications easier. Which then leads to an more open climate to start working with the organizations “persona”. As this is just in the beginning here in Sweden, we will see lot’s of companies trying their wings, make mistakes and try again.
